Navigating through contracting, procurement, tenders and commissioning remains a significant challenge for independent and voluntary sector fostering agencies (IFA). In the course of this online morning seminar, our guest speaker/facilitator, Ian Brazier, Director, Skyrocket, and former Executive Director of The Foster Care Co-operative, will present his views and ideas on addressing these key issues, including:
- De-mystifying the documentation
- Understanding the evaluation process
- Understanding and identifying risk and cost drivers
- Constructing effective method statements
- Understanding the basis of spot purchase
- Making of sense of individual placements agreements (IPA) and individual placement contracts (IPC)
