'I am a independent consultant with experience of training, research and project work with foster carers, adopters & the children & young people they look after. I have a special interest in the role food plays in good fostering practice, and have written and published on this theme - in the UK and internationally. More recently, I worked in partnership with Liz Lark, an experienced yoga teacher, introducing yoga and meditation to carers in a project which aimed to improve their health and wellbeing.'
