Regionalisation

This paper is not intended to be the NAFP position on regionalisation, nor is it a blueprint for Regional Care Cooperatives. It is deliberately written as a discussion paper. It brings together the themes that have emerged repeatedly through conversations with members, Directors of Children's Services, Regional Care Cooperative leaders, commissioners and national partners over recent months, and offers a framework for thinking together about how we build a stronger fostering system.
