The role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to serve as our central operational hub. Reporting to the Executive Chair, this is a hands-on individual contributor role (no line management) for an experienced ops professional who thrives on directly executing tasks, improving systems, and ensuring seamless organisational delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Ops and project execution: Track organisational tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and directly deliver key projects
  • Financial administration: Process invoices, track payments, and prepare financial reports
  • Member engagement: Manage onboarding, CRM records, and event/webinar logistics
  • Governance and QA: Support Board/Executive meetings, maintain policies, and lead proofreading/QA across external communications
  • Systems and scheduling: Optimise digital tools (CRM, workflows) and manage executive calendars.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven background in operations management, financial admin, and governance support
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRMs, project tools, and document management systems
  • Exceptional written English and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work autonomously from home with high accountability and sound judgement
